David Blackley Youth Scholarship

Dragon Boating WA Inc. (DBWA) is pleased to announce its David Blackley Youth Scholarship. This is an award given to a DBWA member aged under 40 years old who has made, and continues to make, exceptional contributions to the WA dragon boating community in the Junior and 24U divisions.

The successful candidate will be selected by the DBWA Board and awarded at the AGM each year.
